Shame is a rarely spoken about and often misunderstood emotion, and yet it so often lies behind feelings of ‘not being good enough’.
This session is suitable for anyone wanting to explore the nature of shame, how it manifests and how it can fuel self-limiting beliefs and hamper self-worth. It will also outline how one can develop resilience to, and better manage shame.
This will be a 3-hour online session and will include time for reflection and a comfort break.
